That planning application
2025/2139/HSE be APPROVED contrary to the
Officer’s recommendation as it was not deemed to cause
unacceptable levels of overlooking or loss of privacy to the
neighbouring property or any unacceptable detrimental effect to the
residential amenity of any neighbouring properties.
