Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

a)   
Acknowledge the new duties placed upon the Local Transport and
Highways Authority that would form future work programmes.

b)   
Endorse the Draft Somerset Local Transport Delivery Plan (LTDP)
(appendix A) for submission to the Department for Transport.

c)   
Endorse that the capital programme would be updated to reflect the
additional capital funding received and corresponding expenditure
budget, as detailed in the financial implications and recommend the
updated Capital Programme to Full Council.
