Decision

Having been duly proposed and seconded, the Shareholder Executive Sub-Committee:

1. Noted the Council’s governance and oversight framework for Homes in Somerset.

 2. Noted the respective roles of the Council, its committees and officers, and the Homes in Somerset Board.

 3. Endorsed the client, performance, financial and shareholder reporting framework.

4. Noted that the Management Agreement will be reviewed at least every five years.

 5. Approved annual review and approval of the supporting schedules through the Council’s shareholder and client governance arrangements.

 6. Noted the arrangements for Council appointments to the Homes in Somerset Board.
