Resolved:
 
That planning application 22/01598/OUT to
approve an outline application with all matters reserved except for
access for the creation of commercial buildings under Use Class B2
and B8, subject to S106 and travel plan on land South Of, High
Street, Sparkford, Yeovil, Somerset be DEFERRED to the next meeting
for the following reason:
 
The Planning Officer advised that there are
errors within the report and outstanding consultation
responses.
