By nine
votes for, no votes against but with one absention (Councillor R Williams) the Committee
approved the application in accordance with the
officer’s recommendations and associated informative subject
to:
 
(i)         Planning
conditions set out in the report as amended below;
(ii)        The amendment
to condition 5 to limit hours of sports lighting to 9.30 pm and to
reflect members wish that lighting be limited to those times when
the courts were in use;
(iii)      
The amendment of condition 6 to develop the traffic and car park
management plan in conjunction with residents / parish council and
provide for a feedback mechanism, allowing
for the alteration of working methods/ management prescriptions
should the monitoring deem it necessary; and
 
with
officers granted delegated authority to make minor amendments to
the final conditions wording.
