By a
unanimous decision the Committee approved the application in
accordance with the officer’s recommendations and associated
informatives subject to:
 

(i)         
The planning conditions as set out in the report
with minor amendments to the conditions as drafted delegated to
officers;
 

(ii)        
The amended planning conditions and informatives
contained within the update report; and
 

(iii)      
The Satisfactory completion of a legal agreement as
set out in the report with minor amendments as set out delegated to
officers.
