officer’s recommendations and associated informatives subject

set in the agenda report, with minor amendments to the conditions
as drafted delegated to officers;

(ii)      an additional condition
requiring a parking management plan;

(iii)    
an additional condition to remove permitted development rights for
external alterations relating to windows and doors; and

(iv)     a
legal agreement (s106) dated 26th April 2024 agreed under planning
