By unanimous vote, the Committee
approved the application in accordance with the
officer’s recommendations and associated informatives (with
minor amendments to the conditions as drafted delegated to
officers) subject to:
 
(i) the amendment of the commencement
expiration period to two years rather than three in condition
(1);
 
(ii) a further new condition dealing with
surface water drainage on the site; and
 
(iii) the removal of condition (7)
