Purpose

For
Cabinet to confirm the new iteration of the Ermine Street Business
Plan, which refreshed annually.

The report is public, but the Business Plan is
exempt by virtue of paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local
Government Act 1972 (as amended) (Information relating to the
financial or business affairs of any particular person (including
the authority holding that information).
