The Council (unanimous)
approved:
 
1.          
The proposed non-substantive changes, adopted the
changes to the constitution outlined in Appendix A to the report,
subject to the amendment of “… When the Chair stands
during a debate …” to “… When the Chair
stands during debate, or indicates via another signal,
…”, and
2.          
Authorised the Chief Executive to make the necessary
changes to the constitution.
