Purpose

For Cabinet to note the Annual
Complaints Report for 2024/25 at Appendix A and the Complaints Code
of Conduct: Self-Assessment Form at Appendix B. These documents
relate to the Housing Service and form part of the submission
requirements by the Housing Ombudsman.

Content

Cabinet has approved
both appendices and provided a response to the Annual Complaints
Report for 2024/25 at Appendix A, as part of the Council’s
submission to the Housing Ombudsman.
