Purpose
The
purpose of this decision is to fund a self-employed instructor and
local fitness business, Lee Dowling 360 Fitness, to deliver their
Bootcamp sessions in Fowlmere. This is to help develop
participants’ healthy and active lifestyles, but in
particular, improve muscular strength, functional fitness and
flexibility. The sessions are for anybody and any ability of
fitness, wanting to be as inclusive as possible. The target
audience is 18+.The grant funding is used to cover the costs of
equipment and contribution to the space used for the sessions. The
classes are there to help people keep moving but can be adapted to
suit the needs of the participants attending. It also wants to
bring the community together too, after some interest from the
locals too. The application reference number is
XHRJZXDP.
Grant
sum awarded is £500.
