A vote
was taken (unanimous) and the motion was carried as
follows:
 
“This Council notes:

The valuable contribution that equestrianism makes
to tackling rural isolation and improving wellbeing, while
positively contributing to our local economy.
 
This
Council resolves to:

-       
Ensures that equestrianism is equally considered
in decision-making with all other non-motorised transport
users.

-       
ensure that the needs of equestrians are fully
considered alongside those of all other non-motorised transport
users; and

-       
continue to work with partners to encourage them to
take full account of the needs of equestrians.”
