Council (unanimous):

a.    
Considered the three proposals and provided feedback
to Cabinet to support ongoing dialogue within the LGR
process.

b.    
Agreed to hold and Extraordinary Council meeting to
discuss the final proposal(s), likely to be in November.

c.    
Agreed to establish a programme of member engagement
workshops and task and finish groups to support the process of
business case development.
