The
Council (unanimous), following the adoption of revised Joint
Planning Advisory Group Terms of Reference, resolved to
approve:

a.    
The allocation of seats on the Joint Planning
Advisory Group as four seats to the Liberal Democrat Group and one
to the Conservative Group.

b.    
The updated appointment of members and substitute
members to the Joint Planning Advisory Group as follows:
