Purpose
In
September 2025, the Licensing Committee recommended to the
Portfolio Holder that she agree for officers to undertake a
consultation on the introduction of a new “Ice Cream Trader
Consent” as well as other changes to the Council’s
Street Trading Policy. The Portfolio Holder is now requested to
formally agree the recommendation.

“APPENDIX A STREET TRADING REVIEW PROPOSALS POST
COMMITTEE”
