Purpose

In
September 2025, the Licensing Committee recommended to the
Portfolio Holder that she agree for officers to undertake a
consultation on the introduction of a new “Ice Cream Trader
Consent” as well as other changes to the Council’s
Street Trading Policy. The Portfolio Holder is now requested to
formally agree the recommendation.
 
The
schedule of proposed amendments is attached as document
“APPENDIX A STREET TRADING REVIEW PROPOSALS POST
COMMITTEE”

To
agree for officers to undertake a consultation on the introduction
