Purpose

The recommendations
are required following a statutory public consultation that
complied with Public Space Protection Order regulations and thereby
meeting the required statutory criteria.

Content

Following a statutory public consultation that complied with
Public Spaces Protection Order regulations and met the statutory
criteria, Cabinet has
 

(a) 
approved the implementation of a Public Spaces
Protection Order (PSPO) at Milton Park and Ride;

(b) 
delegated authority to Officers, in consultation
with the Lead Member for Environment, to make future decisions
regarding the scope and status of this PSPO; and

(c)  
delegated authority to Officers, in conjunction with
the Lead Member for Environment, to consider and implement PSPO
powers in other areas of the district as appropriate.
