Purpose

The
purpose of this decision is to fund The Ukrainian HAM Centre to
organise an Art Therapy Session inspired by Bob Ross. The session
will be run for 35 South Cambridgeshire guests (25 adults and 10
children), and they will be provided with art materials and an
experienced artist. Funding will be for coaching, rent, transport
and refreshments.
