By unanimous vote, the Committee
approved the application in accordance officer’s
recommendation, and subject to the conditions and completion of a
Section 106 agreement, as laid out in the report from the Joint
Director of Planning and Economic Development, with officers
delegated authority to make minor amendments to the conditions and
Heads of Terms.
