Prior to the vote, the Committee agreed to
changes to conditions 14, 15 and 47.
By 8 votes to 1, with 1 abstention, the
Committee approved the application in accordance with the
officer’s recommendation, and subject to the conditions,
informatives and completion of a Section 106 agreement, as laid out
in the report from the Joint Director of Planning and Economic
Development and amended by the update reports and the Committee,
with officers were delegated authority to make minor amendments to
the conditions and Heads of Terms.
The application required referral to the
Secretary of State for consultation for 21 days, for the Secretary
of State to determine whether he wishes to call the application in
for his own determination.
