Purpose

The purpose of this decision is
to fund The Ukrainian HAM Centre to organise a Visual Art Therapy
Class for 12 South Cambs Ukrainian Guests with a Ukrainian
certified psychologist. This will allow participants to relieve
tension, boost their mood, and reduce loneliness and depression.
Funding will be used for room hire, materials, transport, music and
refreshments
