This land disposal was originally published in a
Decision Notice on 14th September 2024;

However, due to the lapse of the Planning
Application on the site, which was stated at the time of the land
sale in all literature off and online, both the first and second
highest bidders have withdrawn their offers.

 

Therefore, this has resulted in the successful third
highest bid of £161,000 being received exceeding the minimum
bid of £150,000.

This is based on the highest unconditional cash offer with
proof of funds seen and presented by the Sales Agent as the
strongest offer which we are accepting made from the third highest
bidder. This exceeds the Red Book Valuation. They have understood
that planning permission will be required and are satisfied to make
the offer on this basis.
 
Upon approval of this Decision Notice, the Sales
Agent will be instructed to inform the successful bidder and start
the disposal process.
