Purpose

On 1 December 2023 the Grants
Advisory Committee met to examine the ‘Grants to the
Voluntary Sector – Service Support Grants: 6 month progress
report’ which was brought forward in Appendix A of the
meeting’s
reports pack.
 
Six-monthly reports are
requested from organisations in receipt of sums of £10,000
per annum or greater unless specifically requested by the
Council.
 
Reports were received from
Cambridge Council for Voluntary Service (CCVS), Citizens Advice and
Home-Start Royston, Buntingford & South Cambridgeshire and
Home-Start Cambridgeshire for the first two quarters of the 2023-24
financial year for funding agreements for 2023-2026. It was noted
that all three organisations are on track to deliver the agreed
outputs on time and to budget, achieving the objectives of
individual grant agreements.
