Purpose

The purpose of this decision is
to fund the Ukrainian HAM Centre (Heritage, Art and Music) the cost needed to organise a
Children Drawing Contest, for 40 South Cambs Ukrainian Children aged 5-10 years. This
event will help support children emotionally, develop their
memories about their home, build relationships and create
connections. The grant will be used to fund refreshments and soft
toys, and the event will include the announcement of the winners of
the competition.
