Purpose

The purpose of this decision is
to fund the Ukrainian HAM Centre (Heritage, Art and Music) the cost
needed to organise and run 3 art workshops, where up to 30
Ukrainian Guests can take part in making ornaments, paper flowers,
textile dying which will aid to support people emotionally and
develop their confidence in communication.
