Agreed that any subsequent material amendments be
made by the Lead Member for Planning.

Agreed that any subsequent minor amendments and
editing changes that do not materially affect the content be
delegated to the Joint Director of Planning and Economic
Development in consultation with the Lead Member for
Planning.
