Purpose

The purpose of this decision is
to finalise the Council’s response to the Government’s
Technical consultation on the proposed Infrastructure Levy. Cabinet
considered the response on Monday 15 May 2023. The draft response
was approved with delegation to finalise.
 
Amendments were made to secure a joint response with Cambridge
City Council. The amendments do not change the nature of the
response, but add emphasise or examples to a number of
paragraphs.
