Purpose

To
approve the new Resident Involvement Framework which sets out how
the council will engage with its tenants and leaseholders in
compliance with the New Social Housing Regulations

approve the revised Resident Involvement Strategy at Appendix A,
and that the Lead Member for Housing be given delegated authority
to approve minor amendments following consideration of the Strategy
at the next Housing Engagement Board.
