The Committee agreed to an additional
condition regarding obscure glazing for the first-floor rear
elevation window, an amendment to part ii) of condition 20 to read
“The Council shall be notified in writing of the
persons…” and the addition of an informative regarding
hazardous materials.
 
By unanimous vote, the Committee
approved the application in accordance with the
officer’s recommendation and subject to conditions as laid
out in the report from the Joint Director of Planning and Economic
Development and amended by the Committee.
