Purpose
The
District Council has provided a temporary community centre at
Northstowe whilst the permanent Phase 1 Community Centre remains in
the design and construction phase. This is for the use of
Northstowe’s residents, community groups, the delivery of
services, including NHS services and to provide office space to
local authorities active in Northstowe.
Under
an existing licence agreement which ends 14 November 2024
Cambridgeshire Community Services (CCS) use the NHS once a week to
offer health visitor appointments. CCS have requested to continue
this existing arrangement for a further year and the licence
agreement which secures this use is the subject of this
decision.

Offer a
short-term licence to Cambridgeshire Community Services to occupy
the NHS room for set days and hours per week, within the Northstowe
Temporary Community Centre.
