To accept an allocation of £999,999 of Warm Home grant funding.

The S151 Officer has certified that there is no material impact on the Council's budget as per delegation below:

Delegation made under Financial procedure rules, 3.8 Full Council, (g) Except where the Section 151 Officer certifies that there is no material impact on the Council’s budget, to approve receipt of any grant funding in excess of £500,000 and any necessary budget amendment.

Reasons for the decision

To accept the funding and allow for the Councils wider decision-making process to take place which will facilitate spending of the grant funding.
