As conditions set out by DfT when the Outline Business Case was approved, the modelling & appraisal would be run in SYMCA’s new Strategic Transport Model (SYSTM2). Following completion of a competitive procurement exercise, a preferred consultant has now been identified to carry out the modelling & appraisal commission.
