Purpose
The Bus Franchising Programme requires specialist delivery leadership across two critical areas: (1) On-Bus Digital Systems delivery and (2) Day 1 Operational Solution definition through Business Service Review activity.
The role will provide coordination and leadership across technical delivery, system integration, data readiness, and service mobilisation, as well as lead structured maturity assessments across people, process, technology and data to support Day 1 and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) decisions.
This decision is required to ensure the programme has sufficient leadership capacity and technical expertise to coordinate complex delivery activities, support procurement and supplier assurance, and prepare the programme for operational readiness and transition to live services.
Cost: The value of this 6-month contract will be £72,050 (inclusive of Consultancy+ fees)
