The Authority is progressing a bus franchising programme which requires specialist project management support across the Data and Insights workstream. Approval is sought to engage a Data & Insights Project Manager to project manage the delivery of data architecture, reporting and insight capability to underpin performance management and contract oversight

Decision

It is approved to procure and engage a Data & Insights Project Manager to deliver specialist, time-limited project management support to the bus franchising programme. The role will be engaged on an outcomes-based basis to define data architecture, reporting and insight requirements and to support procurement activity underpinning performance management and contract oversight. This engagement will enable evidence-based decision-making, reduce delivery and commercial risk and support robust programme governance.

Cost: The value of this 6-month contract will be £65,550
