Purpose

The four local authorities and the MCA each hold a portfolio of projects within their TCF/CRSTS programmes and in September 2025 the MCA approved the continuation of the flexibility previously approved on the TCF programme to enable the movement of funds between schemes within their portfolios when necessary to enable delivery whilst ensuring minimal impact on the programme outputs and outcomes.

On 27th May 2026 the Investment Board agreed decision in principle of the change request submitted. Available funding figures in the change request need to be clarified.

On 22nd July 2026, the change request was approved via delegated authority.
