1. Progression of “Active Travel Bridges - Smithies & Dearne Valley” to post OBC in-principle approval and award £3.54m to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council subject to the conditions set out in Appendix A.
2. Progression of “CRSTS and TCR Five-Year Revenue Programme” to full approval and onward award of £77.64m as detailed in section 1.1
3. Progression of “Highways Capital Maintenance” to full approval and onward award of £68.1m as detailed in section 1.1
4. Progression of “Tram life extension additional costs” change request.as detailed in section 1.1

Grant Acceptances:

1. Acceptance and onward award of £0.65m “Skills Bootcamps Grant” from the Department of Work and Pensions as detailed in section 2.1

Funding Bids:

1. Endorsed the submission of a proposal of to the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) for “Housing Accelerator Fund” and delegate authority to the Executive Director - Growth, Business and Skills, in consultation with the Section 73 and Monitoring Officer to accept and onward award any subsequent grant as detailed in section 2.1
2. Endorsed the submission of a proposal of to the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (BSIST) for “Made Smarter additional grant” and delegate authority to the Executive Director - Growth, Business and Skills, in consultation with the Section 73 and Monitoring Officer to accept and onward award any subsequent grant as detailed in section 2.1

Delegated authority to the Head of Paid Service in consultation with the Section 73 and Monitoring Officer to enter into legal agreements for the points above
