Purpose

To vary the Framework Agreement
made between South East LEP Limited,
Southend City Council, East Sussex County Council, Essex County
Council, Kent County Council, Thurrock Council and Medway Council
following the winding up of South East LEP Limited by:
 
1.       Withdrawing
South East LEP Limited ("the Company")
from the agreement and to continue the arrangements without the
company;
2.       Removing provision
for the Accountability Board to automatically terminate 3 months
following a decision of the Strategic Board to wind-up the Company;
and
3.       Amending the terms
of reference for the Accountability Board so it can continue to
operate where required.
