The Cabinet considered a report
of the Executive Director (Children and Public Health) concerning
the school admission arrangements for community schools in the
City.
 
Resolved:
 
1. That the Admissions
Arrangements for Community Schools for the academic year 2025/26,
as set out in Appendix 1 to the submitted report, be
approved.
 
2. That the Coordinated
Admissions Scheme for 2025/26, as set out in Appendix 2 to the
report, be approved.
 
Reasons for
decision:
 
The determination of admission
arrangements for community schools and the provision of a
coordinated scheme is a statutory requirement.
