Ancillary Services via Crown Commercial Services NFC188 Water and
Ancillary Services Aggregation.

Content

That the Cabinet Member
authorises that the Council:
 
That the Council enters into
the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) NFC188 Water and Ancillary
Services Aggregation via the CCS RM6306 Water, Wastewater and
Ancillary Services 3 (Lot 3: One Stop Shop) Framework.
 
That the contract for the
provision of water and ancillary to services be awarded to the
Council’s operational property stock, to Water Plus Limited,
subject to satisfactory submission of compliance documentation,
under the terms of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) NFC188 Water
and Ancillary Services Aggregation for a period of three years
commencing 1 April 2025, with the option to extend for a further 12
months.
