The Cabinet received the final
report and recommendations of the in-depth Scrutiny project that
had been undertaken on behalf of the People Scrutiny Committee in
2022-23 - ‘Providing First-Class Services for Families of
Children with Special Educational Needs and
Disabilities’.
 
Resolved:-
 
That the recommendations
arising from the in-depth scrutiny project, detailed at paragraph
11 of the submitted report, be approved.
 
Reason for
Decisions:
 
In accordance with Scrutiny
Procedure Rule 10 (Part 4 (e) of the Constitution), the report of
the in-depth scrutiny requires approval by the Cabinet.

To note the report but not
progress any of the recommendations.
