To appoint CCR Property
Services Limited, subject to satisfactory submission of compliance
documentation, to undertake the servicing and maintenance of
drainage, pumps and pumping stations across the Council’s
operational estate (exc. housing) for the period 1 July 2024 to 30
June 2027 with the option to extend through to 30 June
2030.
