The Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and Leisure approved the procurement strategy and the award of the East Lodge Building Restoration - Shell and Core construction works contract to Paye Stonework and Restoration Limited on 9 May 2025. The contract will run for 40 weeks and includes a 12% client contingency. The decision maker delegated approval of the contingency fund to the Director of Leisure.
