The Cabinet Member for Equalities, Democracy and Finance approved the procurement strategy for Hard FM services and two separate contracts for cleaning and security services on 15 April 2026. The decision also approved the extension of the existing contract with OCS (UK & I) Limited for hard FM services for up to four months. The Leader of the Council approved the creation of permanent posts for Director of Law and Governance and Director of Climate Change and Environment on 8 July 2026, noting this would result in a net reduction to senior management costs. The Leader of the Council also approved the formal advertising of proposed new Traffic Management Orders on 17 June 2026, with a further decision to be made after statutory consultation. The Leader of the Council approved amendments to Howland Way and Reverley Square's Controlled Parking Zone 'S' on 24 June 2026.
