The Executive noted the outturn 2025-26 and financing for the General Fund and Housing Investment Programme, along with ten-year capital programme forecasts, on 20 July 2026. They also approved variations and virements to the General Fund and HIP capital programme. These approved virements and variations will be included in the capital programme.

The Executive agreed to adopt the revised Private Sector Housing Enforcement Policy on 20 July 2026. They delegated authority to the Strategic Director Environment Sustainability and Leisure to approve technical amendments to the policy and to implement further policies necessary to give effect to the Renters Rights Act 2025. The Strategic Director Environment, Sustainability and Leisure and the Strategic Director of Housing will review and update their Departmental Schemes of Management to ensure officers are authorised to exercise new powers. A Renters' Right Act Programme Board has been formed.

The Strategic Director Environment, Sustainability and Leisure will award the contract for decarbonisation capital works to Surrey Docks Water Sports Centre by August 2026. This decision was not included in the Forward Plan due to an administrative oversight but cannot wait for the next publication as match funding is secured from central government.
