The Strategic Director of Resources approved the grant of a new lease for part of the ground floor at 160 Tooley Street, London SE1 2QH on 23 July 2026. The Director of Planning and Growth, advised by the Assistant Director of Property, was authorised to proceed with the lease terms as set out in the report.

The Executive, on 20 July 2026, noted the commencement of a full review of the Southwark Plan, agreed to give formal notice of this commencement, and adopted the Local Plan timetable. Authority was delegated to the Director of Planning and Growth for further updates to the timetable.

The Strategic Director of Resources approved the award of a Design and Build Contract for Peckham Rye Station Square Phase 2 & 3 to BAM Nuttall Ltd for £7,815,958.34 on 3 July 2026. The contract is for a period of 15 months commencing in July 2026.

The Strategic Director of Children and Adult Services approved the award of Phase 3 Refurbishment Works at Ivydale Primary School to Stonegrove Limited for £2,763,367 on 28 July 2026. These works are for a period of eight months commencing on 13 July 2026.
