Purpose

To delegate authority to officers to implement
the funding as defined by the Department for Education (DfE.) This
will include implementing the process and decision making for
allocating funding to providers and schools in relation to the
expansion of early years entitlements and the Wraparound Childcare
Programme. The allocation will be based on the Local
Authority’s sufficiency needs supporting us to meet our
statutory duties.
