To agree to a slight change to the procurement

Alternative Provision (AP) for Children and Young People which was
approved to a “Light Touch Framework” from an
“Open Framework”.

The Cabinet Report was approved prior to the
Procurement Act 2023 and subsequent Light Touch Guidance being
implemented. As learning around this has developed the recommended
procurement route has changed slightly from “an Open
Framework” to “a Light Touch Framework” to allow
for the flexibilities under the Light Touch Guidance to be
utilised.
