Purpose
1.Agree to cease funding the non-statutory
requirement of providing Return Home Interviews (RHIs) for Children
in the Care of other Local Authorities (CICOLAs), who are placed
within the Staffordshire County Council (SCC) geographical
area.
2.Utilise the remaining 2025/26 funding previously assigned for
providing RHIs for CICOLAs, who are placed within the SCC
geographical area; to instead contribute towards SCCs statutory
duty of delivering RHI’s for Children in the Care (CIC) of
SCC, who are placed outside of SCC geographical area.
