Purpose

The report will provide an overview of the
national and local contexts that impact on early years service
delivery, current priorities and how the service needs to respond.
This report is to seek endorsement from the Cabinet to progress
further with service development and priorities to ensure children
in Staffordshire get the best possible start in life.
