The Chair welcomed Adrian Hawkins OBE (Chair
of the Stevenage Development Board) to the meeting.  He stated that Adrian would be addressing the
Executive in relation to Item 4 on the agenda – Stevenage
Works Skills Framework: Unlocking Jobs, Skills and Opportunities
for Local People.
 
Apologies for absence were submitted on behalf
of Councillor Mrs Joan Lloyd.
